PUSH DAY

DEADLIFT

Sky's bread and butter. Setup, bracing, lockout. If your pull is stuck, start here.

LEGS + ABS

Lower-body volume with abs at the end. Quads, hams, glutes, core — covered.

BACK + BICEPS

Pull day. Rows, pulldowns, curls. Built around the lats but the arms come along for the ride.

Heavy pulls anchored with leg work and core. The combo session that builds real strength.
