My story

Built on care.

I've spent over a decade in the gym — first chasing my own strength, then guiding others toward theirs. What started as a personal obsession with deadlifts turned into a calling: helping people build the kind of strength that lasts a lifetime.

I was born in Türkiye and I've been based in Sweden for 15+ years, training clients worldwide online. I've helped more than 300 people transform — not just their bodies, but how they relate to them. Athletes coming back from injury. Beginners scared to step in a gym. People who'd given up.

What I think actually matters isn't the credential on the wall. It's that I listen before I program. I remember why you started. I genuinely care whether you walk out stronger than you walked in.

In his own words

Years ago, I decided to change my life.

33 · CONSISTENCY WINS

Back then it wasn't just about building muscle or losing fat. It was about proving to myself that I could actually do it.

Now I'm 33 and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that consistency wins every time. There are no quick fixes, no secrets. Just showing up, day after day, year after year. That's what builds you.

Social media has twisted people's perspective. It makes you think you have to be shredded year-round, perfectly lean, flawless in every photo. The reality? That's not sustainable or even achievable for most people.

And that's okay. Because transformation isn't about perfection. It's about progress.

It's a lifestyle, a choice, a promise to yourself. If you've ever doubted whether you can do it, trust me — you can. Start where you are, embrace your journey, and never stop showing up.

Keep training. Keep making gains. And don't forget to live life — because at the end of the day, that's what it's really about.

Minnie the cat
DADDY'S PRINCESS
Off the platform

Meet Minnie.

My cat. My co-coach. My quality control. Minnie has approved every program I've ever written (mostly by walking across the laptop while I was writing them).

If you follow me on Instagram, you've already seen her — somewhere between the deadlift PRs and the form breakdowns. That's the deal: gym pics, cat pics, real life. The same guy who cares this much about your training is the guy who comes home and gives Minnie the world.

"If a trainer loves his cat this much, you know he'll care about you."

How I train

The principles.

Three things that don't change, no matter who's on the platform.

01

Listen First

Before the warm-up. Before the program. I ask why. What's the problem. What do you want to fix. What scares you. What you actually want. The plan comes after the conversation.

02

Teach Always

You won't just do the workout — you'll understand it. The muscle being worked. The reason for the rep range. The cue that matters. You leave smarter than you came in.

03

Build for Life

No bro-science. No injury-inducing nonsense. Programs designed so you can train for the next 30 years — not just the next 30 days.

Who I help

Maybe you're one of them.

Coming back from injury

Old ankle, blown knee, surgery rehab. I specialize in rebuilding the foundation so the injury becomes your strongest spot.

First-time lifters

Never touched a barbell? Good. We start from zero — no judgment, no ego, just real coaching on real movements.

Stuck at a plateau

Been training for years and the numbers won't move. I'll find the gap — technique, programming, recovery, or nutrition — and close it.

Busy professionals

Limited time, high stress, energy crashes. Programming that fits your schedule, not the other way around.

Athletes

Sport-specific strength, power, conditioning. Built to translate to the field, the mat, the platform.

Anyone, honestly

If you're willing to show up and put in the work, I'll meet you there. Age, level, background — none of it matters as much as commitment.
